SpeaktoLead, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization is a Youth Leadership Program (YLP) Training Program that gives youths of today a forum to improve public speaking and leadership skills using a project-based learning approach using creative avenues to make a positive impact to the community.

 The main focus areas of the program are public speaking, leadership, and giving back to the community. We believe kids learn faster and can relate better to mentors who have had similar exposure to their experiences.  Keeping that in mind, apart from adult mentors, with industry experiences in our team, we also have high school mentors. Based on the training topic, the expertise of the high school mentors is leveraged to enhance the continuous growth journey. There are a lot of team-building activities also organized throughout the program to make it fun and form long-lasting friendships.
