SpeaktoLead, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, is a youth leadership training program led by high school students. It provides today’s youth with a platform to improve their public speaking and leadership skills through a project-based learning approach that uses creative avenues to make a positive impact on the community.

The program focuses on public speaking, leadership, and giving back to the community. Young participants learn more effectively and relate better to mentors who share similar experiences. Depending on the training topic, the expertise of high school mentors is leveraged to support continuous growth. Team-building activities are incorporated throughout the program to make it fun and to foster an environment where long-lasting friendships can form.
